When you request a quotation, Midland Cleaners receives the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, postcode, property information and cleaning requirements.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare or discuss a quotation, arrange requested work and keep necessary business records. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing and do not sell personal information.

Who may process it

Authorised Midland Cleaners staff and service providers used to host the website or deliver enquiry email may process the information only as needed to provide those services. Live email delivery is not enabled until an approved provider is configured.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. If an enquiry does not lead to work, the information may be retained for a limited period for follow-up and business administration. Where an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, relevant information may be retained for longer where necessary for contractual, accounting, insurance or legal purposes.

Your choices
